Rise is not about grinding harder.

Rise is about remembering.

It is about reclaiming autonomy.

It is about stepping out of inherited scripts and into self-authorship.

It is about this truth:

“Otro mundo es posible.” Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional
”Another world is possible.” Zapatista Army of National Liberation

In your life.
In your relationships.
In your lineage.

Rise: Remember Who You Are

About Me

Rise Therapy was born from a moment of returning — to myself, to my spirit, and to the wisdom that lives within all of us. It was created by a brown spiritual woman reclaiming her seat at the fire and holding space for women from all walks of life who are seeking healing, clarity, and reconnection with their truth.

My work is rooted in both clinical training and deep respect for the emotional, cultural, and spiritual journeys that shape who we are. I believe healing happens when we are seen fully — not just through our struggles, but through our stories, our resilience, and our sacred inner knowing.

I am many things.

A therapist.
A daughter of culture.
A spiritual woman.
A truth seeker.
A witness to transformation.
And a woman in continual becoming.

Through Rise Therapy, I hold space for women to slow down, listen inward, and remember their own voice, strength, and path forward.

Because sometimes healing is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you have always been.

Areas of Focus

My work centers around women navigating identity, healing, and transformation across different seasons of life. I support señoras, career women, and women of color who are carrying the weight of responsibility, culture, family expectations, and personal growth. Together, we create space to unpack what has been inherited, what is heavy, and what is ready to shift.

Intergenerational Trauma & Family Patterns

Many women carry emotional patterns that began long before them. I support clients in understanding inherited wounds, family roles, and cultural expectations so they can begin to break cycles and create new paths for themselves and future generations.

Cultural Identity & Women of Color Experiences

Navigating multiple cultural identities can bring both strength and conflict. I work with women of color exploring belonging, cultural expectations, bicultural stress, and the process of reclaiming identity in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

Anxiety, Burnout & Over-Functioning

Many high-achieving women find themselves constantly “holding it all together.” I help clients understand the roots of anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout while learning to reconnect with rest, boundaries, and self-trust.

Life Transitions

Periods of change—career shifts, motherhood, relationship changes, or personal awakenings—can feel disorienting. Therapy can offer grounding and clarity as you move through these transitions with intention and self-awareness.

Relationship Wounds & Boundary Reclamation

Past relationship experiences can shape how we show up in love, family, and friendships. I support women in healing relational wounds, strengthening boundaries, and building healthier, more aligned connections.

Trauma & PTSD

Traumatic experiences can leave lasting emotional and physical imprints. My work provides a safe, compassionate space to process trauma at your own pace and reconnect with a sense of safety and empowerment.

Spiritual Awakening & Integration

For many women, healing opens the door to deeper spiritual exploration. I offer space to explore spiritual identity, meaning, and integration in a grounded and supportive way, honoring both psychological and spiritual growth.
